The NDC 2009 is the fourth dewatering
and drying conference organized by the Nordic countries, which is
represented by Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland and Finland. The main
purpose of the NDC 2009 is to provide forum for the exchange of
technical and scientific information on drying and dewatering between
the industry, academia, research and consulting agencies. Another aim is
to promote the best drying practices internationally and in the Nordic
nations. The topics for the conference will be the technologies,
processes and products that are important to the society and industry,
including the current challenges on product quality, product
development, troubleshooting, energy utilization as well as the impact
on environment, climate change, and ecological systems.
